Quintiles Staff Services, on behalf of an important multinational company leader in the pharmaceutical market, is looking for a Product Specialist experienced in Oncology in Emilia Romagna area, who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic and international atmosphere.
 
JOB PURPOSE:
 
To manage scientific communication to health care professionals (physicians, chemists, hospital chemists) according to company strategy and to D.Lgs. 24/04/2006 n. 219, describing drug features and treatment process to ensure the appropriate condition of use.

Qualifications

RESPONSABILITIES:
  • To develop and implements own territory business plan, in line with corporate strategy, and work within agreed budgets;
  • To report back to the Company any remark related to drugs raised by HCP with particular attention to side effects;
  • To support scientific communication and manages communication flow and reporting according to the law and to company guidelines  in the territory of responsibility;
  • To convey and implement scientific messages and company programs related to drugs in the territory of responsibility;
  • To plan territory activities based on company guidelines and according to CRT Leader based on assigned priorities;
  • To supervise together with own manager all the specific aspect of the territory, such as product trend, changes at local HA structure and legislation, competition;
  • To promote products ethically and in accordance with the Company’s sales process and agreed marketing strategy;
  • To take active part in team activities at local and national level;
  • To notice and supervise issues related to drugs availability for patients at local level.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • 3 years of experience in Oncology/Hematology sector or highly specialized areas;
  • Excellent scientific background;
  • Experience in launching a product;
  • Marketing services and brand management experience;
  • Excellent problem solving, planning and organizational skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, good negotiator with strong customer focus;
  • Team player, flexible and able to work independently with a results-oriented work ethic;
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong time management skills;
  • Fluent in written and oral English
EDUCATION:
  • Scientific Degree (Law 219/06);
