In order to create H&H branch in Italy focused on the promotion of SWISSE supplements range, IQVIA is looking for 4 AREA MANAGER PHARMACY who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic and international atmosphere. SWISSE product range stretches from top selling men’s and women’s multivitamins and dietary supplements, to sports nutrition, skincare and functional foods.

Qualifications

 

 
JOB PURPOSE
 
Manage a team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives within a designated region/area in order to achieve revenue, profit targets and client satisfaction. Coach and motivate the team to ensure that they gain the necessary skills to perform their respective job responsibilities.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Manage team in accordance with organization’s policies creating positive social impacts by sharing the principles of mindfulness, nutrition and movement.
  • Ensure key financial performance milestones (e.g., revenue and profitability) are achieved thru commercial coaching of the Team and provide regular feedback on the financial performance of the area.
  • Be the evangelist of the science behind the Swisse products towards Pharmacist by developing pharmacist detailing practices with the team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to drive recommendation of Swisse by pharmacists.
  • Be the custodian of the brand instore execution consistently with the brand equity guidelines & premium positioning.
     
  • Responsibilities also include planning, assigning, and leading work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and inspiring employees;
  • Participate in the selection process for new team members and conduct on-boarding training for new team members;
  • Act as a coach and mentor for Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives providing training plan and mentored training experiences;
 
 
REQUIRED SKILLS:
 
  • Minimum 10 years sales experience with min.  4 years of experience in line management roles
  • Behave as a brand champion, ensuring brand equity and guidelines are upheld in all communication
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Strong motivation
  • Commercial mindset & strong relationship skills
  • Positive attitude and strong negotiating skills
  • Passionate about a happy lifestyle
  • Proven track record in field sales
  • Previous experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative including selling technique & detailing.
  • Experience in dealing with pharmacies and distributors
  • Experience in mapping and targeting pharmacies in big territories
  • Scientific background
  • Proficiency in English
 
EDUCATION:
 
  • Scientific Degree (Law 219/06) OR Economics Degree
