Nurse Advisor - Cardiovascular/Diabetes experience

Location - Ireland

 

 

 

IQVIA have an excellent opportunity for a current Registered Nurse to join their Health Management team to provide expert support and training to both patients and healthcare professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Work according to the standards of the relevant Professional bodies.

  2. Comply with local confidentiality requirements.

  3. Implement program process within potential sites.

  4. Ensure clinical competence to deliver programme objectives

  5. Understand and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)

  6. Communicate the aims and objectives of the program to all relevant health service and local personnel.

  7. Provide specific training to patients if required.

  8. Mentor less experienced Nurse Advisors.

  9. All PCS personnel are required to undertake Adverse Events and Product Complaint (where appropriate) Training, and are responsible for reporting adverse events and product complaints in line with requirements, as applicable.

  10. All PCS personnel must meet their obligations within the country specific Nursing and Midwifery codes of conduct, as applicable.

Qualifications

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

 

 

 

 

1.      Clinically competent in disease area (MS, cardiovascular & diabetes experience an advantage)

 

 

2.      Understanding and general knowledge of health service

 

 

3.      Good working knowledge of national clinical systems

 

 

4.      Ability to manage own workload with minimal guidance

 

 

5.      Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
