QuintilesIMS is seeking a Pathways Effectiveness Project Manager, responsible for managing the operational aspects of projects as agreed with the Pathways Effectiveness Team lead as well as ensuring all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.

 

Key responsibilities include: Developing positive working relationships with NHS project team and Client.  Developing project plans as appropriate and ensuring stakeholders endorsement of plans.  Ensuring work is conducted in compliance with standard processes and meets project timeline metrics.  Monitor and coordinate efforts of cross-functional project teams and project resources within and outside the organization.  Partner with other Project Managers to develop and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Bio-Pharma industry

Prince2 Foundation level,  Lean 6 Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent

ABPI qualified (preferred)

Strong collaborator and able to build networks across a complex business

Ability to influence others, both internally and externally

Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining flexibility and changing priorities to meet demanding deadlines

Strong organisational, planning, project management and logistics skills

Strong IT skills (MS programmes)

Full EU Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)

Eligible to work full time in UK
