Patient Support Lead - Maidenhead

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Patient Support Manager to work across both organizations in developing high quality customer relationships, putting patients first, having an outcome orientated focus and commitment to learning and development.

 

You will be responsible for leading the relationship between QuintilesIMS patient support programme and driving innovation and value in a non-promotional environment. This will include the governance oversight and recommending enhanced areas of shared best practice.  You will have a deep understanding of the current product suite and the key messages that put the patient at the heart of the solution along with an active contribution to business planning, strategy development and tactical plans related to PSPs.
 
You will have good project management skills with the ability to work with cross functional teams ensuring that there is clear guidance on the framework for the programme. 

 

To apply you will need a background in medicial affairs, PV or home care management.   You will have an understanding of the CODE and proven project management in this field.  You will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work across a variety of different teams.  Proven experience in compliance and governance management coupled with documentation management is also essential for the success of this role.
