Regional Account Manager – Pharmacy - North West England


QuintilesIMS is currently recruiting for a highly motivated and strategic Regional Account Manager to engage pharmacy customers, both face to face in the field and remotely using digital platforms to enhance new multi-channel strategy delivery.  You will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships with specified key and core pharmacy accounts, working at a regional level, in order to develop and deploy a bespoke value proposition to maximise sales revenue and ensure a continuous supply chain to meet customer needs.
This exciting new opportunity is ideal for candidates from medical/devices sales or pharmacy background with interest or experience in understanding customer needs and developing aligned strategies that deliver demonstrated business benefit to both organisations.  You will need to be able to demonstrate exceptional business planning skills, a unique ability to identify and uncover customer needs and an in-depth understanding of the broader pharmacy environment. Strong influencing and negotiation skills are key as is the ability to provide a great customer experience.

• Pharmacy or Medical sales background
• Experience or interest in Multichannel approach
• Edetailing background advantageous but not essential
• Ability to plan strategically and logically.
• Project Management ability
• High level of ability and experience in planning, preparation, and presentation.
• Demonstrates initiative and drive
• Degree level education (or equivalent).
• Full EU Driving licence (no more than 6 points)
• Eligible to work full-time in the UK
